Mail-in Repairs

Please print out the repair order form, and fill it out, while placing the form in the box with the device. Prior to mailing the device to Positively Charged Electronic Repair, make sure you pay for the deposit/Diagnosis fee located below. Once a price has been agreed upon, the Repair Cost/Final Payment will be required prior to return of your device, by which the pricing will be relayed to you by our technicians beforehand.
